16 Christmas Treats Worthy of The Big Man Himself
Halloween treats might be worth it for the single holiday of binge-eating candy, but if you’re more of a winter wonderland snack-eater, then there’s no treats that’ll make you jollier than some of the Christmas treats listed below.
What’s even better is that a lot of them can even be used as stocking stuffers, specifically for those who were on the nice, not naughty, list.
I don’t think we ever really stock up on Christmas treats in our house, but we do get a few things to keep up with the festive holiday as well as the winter season. Most of anything around here that has any kind of sugar-rush to it is eaten up pretty quickly, especially when the kids are over.
Nothing’s better than seeing snowman poop sitting on the kitchen counter, then having it practically melt in your mouth later, right?
Christmas Treats
Buche de Noel Cake
Sure there are reindeer cakes and winter wonderland cakes, but when’s the last time you got to actually cut into a yule log and realize it’s actually a decadent cake just waiting to be chomped on. You’ll be like a beaver gnawing on it, screw utensils.
Christmas Chocolate Wreath
Seeing as wreaths are a big part of the winter holidays, the moment I saw these Christmas treats I wanted one for myself. To eat, but maybe to have one on display somewhere as well.
Of course, you’d have to hope Santa won’t eat it.
Christmas Santa Holiday Treat
You can’t expect to have a Christmas treats page to go without some kind of Santa treat, right? And I’m personally a fan of candy that actually has a shape of something I recognize. Plus, if you know you’re on the naughty list and have an impending lump of coal, might as well take a bite out of him.
Giant Personalized Santa Cookies
Santa is a big man, there’s no doubt about that, and if you’re going to give someone some Santa cookies, they better be just as big as the big guy, right?
What’s even better is that these cookies can have a name on them, so your sugar-obsessed kids won’t fight over who gets which fat Santa.
Holiday Caramel Apples
There’s nothing I love more than apple slices dipped in caramel–it’s the only way I’ll eat the skin. Even more, I love candy flavoring as the outer coating of apples. Nothing will get kids to eat them faster for sure.
A healthy apple with some sugary sweetness.
Holiday-Themed Lollipops
If you’re looking for stocking stuffer gifts for your kids, then here are 12 Christmas lollipops you can plop into their stocking before the holiday hits. I like how they made each one different, and so many of them, instead of say half a dozen.
Hot Cocoa Spoons
Like with the chocolate stirrer, these spoons are best suited for stirring hot chocolate and tasting the hot liquid on a melting spoon. Just remember that the spoon might actually be melting and may not hold your cocoa for long.
Mini Marshmallow Chocolate Stirrer
The best thing you can use to stir some well-deserved hot chocolate on a cold morning. It’s got chocolate and it’s got marshmallows, and with your hot cup of cocoa, what more could you want?
Personalized Peppermint Bark
If you’re a fan of peppermint (and let’s face it, a lot of people are because of the whole candy cane ordeal) sprinkled in chocolate, then you might like Peppermint Bark. Even better is that you can personalize it
Reindeer Cake Pops
Can I just say that cake pops are an amazing creation that don’t last as long as a lollipop but have so much more flavor to them that you almost want to eat a whole cake of them. But being small cake pops, you can limit yourself to a few at a time.
Plus, they’re mini Rudolphs!
Holiday Poop Treats
You know that book “Everyone Poops”? Well, it wasn’t lying. Snowmen, elves, reindeers, they all poop just like you! The only difference is…theirs actually tastes good. And you should eat it.
But not your own. That’s disgusting.
Ribbon Candy Gift Box
Most of what you see for these holiday treats are those that look like Christmas trees or Santa or reindeer or snowmen, so it’s nice to get some cool treats like these. The only ribbon snack I know of are fruit roll-ups, honestly.
Santa Candy Dish
Let’s face it, some of the cookies might not look like the Christmas holiday or anything to really do with Christmas, but I absolutely love the giant Santa candy dish with his wide open mouth. I can imagine him inhaling all the cookies in one go.
Santa Penguin
Nothing is cuter than a penguin–unless they’re wearing an adorable santa hat to go with their penguiny charm. I think I’m just a fan of how it’s waving at you, like it doesn’t realize you’re a friend that’s about to eat them.
Snowman Butts
You might’ve heard of Snowman Poop already, but did you know that their butts were edible as well?
I mean, technically an entire snowman is edible–as long as it isn’t yellow. But if you like blueberry fruit jellies and have a thing for snowmen, you might want to try some!
Winter Gingerbread House
There were a couple other gingerbread houses available to choose from, but I thought this one was a bit more unique than your normal house would look. It’s almost like it was frozen by the outside elements and has a bit of a frigid look.
Bear in mind that the color may look different when you get it.
