3D Printer Supply Shops Worthy of Catering to Your Lifelike Imagination

As of right now, I don’t really have many products as far as 3D printing is concerned, because I wanted to make a post regarding some 3D printer supply shops first, in case people who really liked the products wanted to know some more information in regards to 3D printing, or just for those who might need additional supplies.

Rest assured, there have been several 3D printed products I’ve wanted to share on the site, and now that this page is here, I feel I can promote them now.

I just know some people would be wondering why some of the products looked unfinished and I didn’t want them to purchase files to a 3D printer that they didn’t even own.

That’d kinda suck.

So below are several 3D printer supply shops that might meet your needs.

3D Printer Supply Shops

For the most part, the shops listed below will have both 3D printers as well as the supplies best suited for said printers. Some of the 3D printer supply shops will have just that…the supplies.

So make sure you pay attention what’s what when browsing!

AliExpress

  • Main products: 3D printers, accessories, and filaments

As someone on Reddit had said, “AliExpress is like the Ebay of China.”

Whatever you need, you’re more than likely going to find it here, but be careful, because you’re going to want to find the right store to suit your needs. The shipping also typically takes up to 2-6 weeks, so if you’re purchasing something that you don’t need right away, just because it’s cheaper than other places, it’s a good place to look into.

Amazon

  • Main products: 3D printers and accessories

Of course, because Amazon sells practically anything and everything you can think of–plus if you’re an Amazon Prime member you might be able to get some pretty good deals.

So if you put your faith in Amazon and would prefer to rely on their delivery and discounts, you might browse their wares for the 3D printer or supplies you need. Plus, you can save even more if it happens to be Amazon Prime Day.

Ebay

  • Main products: 3D printers and accessories

You’re going to find a ton of stuff on Ebay, whatever you look for, but just watch out for the prices. Like with AliExpress it’s really a matter of finding the proper shops. But you can also get some good deals on certain products, especially if they’ve been used, depending.

Gearbest

  • Main products: 3D printers and supplies

Gearbest seems to have tried to create a mock Amazon-style layout to their shopping, which isn’t bad. It means you can look for things a bit easier, as far as brands, price range, and the way you want things to be sorted, for your convenience.

It’s definitely easy to see what products are on sale and at times where they ship from.

MatterHackers

  • Main products: 3D printers, accessories, filaments, resins and more

Want everything all in one go?

Well, here you go!

As far as 3D printers, they’ve got their own staff picks, fully assembled 3D printers, and ones that are built to order. They’ve got your usual filaments and accessories, plus software, some already made 3D designs, and even education books and courses, if you’re wanting to learn more than you already know.

Monoprice

  • Main products: 3D printers, filaments, and accessories

Technically, Monoprice is all about technology. So if you like electronics or accessories to certain electronics, they might have what you’re looking for.

But as far as 3D printing goes, they’ve got both the printers as well as the accessories to go with them. And on the main 3D printing page, you can find a buying guide, which will tell you a little about the types of 3D printers and which one might be best for you, plus some information on the filaments.

They break everything up, so it’s an easy read.

Protopasta

  • Main products: 3D printer filaments and other supplies

They mainly deal in filaments, and even have a subscription service if you’re looking to constantly buy in bulk for whatever business you do in the world of 3D printing. There are a few other accessories, plus some guides on their website you can browse.

Recreus

  • Main products: 3D printer filaments

If you know what kind of filaments you need for your specific 3D printer, then you might look into shopping here. I don’t really like their homepage layout (on desktop), but the shop page is mainly where it’s all at–and the filaments dropdown menu.

They also have a blog where you can learn some things you might not have known about (like the 3D printed book ‘Silence’).

Reprap World

  • Main products: 3D printers, filaments, and accessories

If you want to be concise with what you’re looking for, Reprap World does some pretty good filtering with their options on what you need, whatever it may be. Also, they ship globally, and upon visiting the site, it’ll ask where products are being shipped to.

Honorable Mentions

This section of the 3D printer supply shops doesn’t really cater to just 3D printers and the like, but they’re more about location.

If you’re looking for a store that’s closer to where you live, and you’re interested in seeing what kind of 3D printer supplies they’ve got, and if there are any deals closer to you, then the below shops might be worth checking out.

After all, if you need something now, why wait days to weeks for shipping, right?

Home Depot

  • Main products: 3D printers and filaments

While Home Depot does have a few 3D printer accessories, they don’t have as many as some of the other shops, so it’s best to look toward those than these guys. They don’t have too many of the printers either, to be honest, but the prices may be worth looking into.

I’d personally check the “shop savings” section to see if anything is on sale you’d need.

Micro Center

  • Main products: 3D printers, accessories, filaments, and resins

One can’t skip out on Micro Center when it comes to looking for electronics and supplies that go with them. I love this place when searching for computer parts, myself, but that’s a guilty pleasure.

If 3D printing is your guilty pleasure, you might want to peruse their wares and deals, in case your local location might have what you’re looking for.

Target

  • Main products: 3D printers and accessories

If you live near a Target store and want to get something a little more local than just waiting for something to be shipped to you, you can check out the 3D printer section of their online store and see if anything is available at the Targets near you.

Walmart

  • Main products: 3D printers, filaments, and accessories

A lot of people shop Walmart. A lot of people put their trust in Walmart. A lot of people even get strange looks at Walmart because every day seems to be a dress-weird-at-Walmart day.

But if you have one close by and you want to see what they have, or if they’ve got anything cheap that you need for your 3D printing needs, they’ve got quite a wide array of products to look through.
