Butterfly Cremation Urn – A Worthy Resting Place for the Dearly Departed

Something tells me there’s nothing more peaceful than resting in a butterfly cremation urn. What better way to know your loved on is resting in peace than in a small rose garden surrounded by butterflies. It’s almost like Eden.

You don’t see actors in a comedy movie thinking this is an urn meant for flowers.

Small butterfly urn

The beauty of nature holds many deep and powerful meanings. Even the smallest butterfly is a significant symbol in our society. Many cultures associate the butterfly with the human soul, and some even see the butterfly as a symbol of resurrection. The monarch butterflies, resting upon the petals of a flower which blooms from the base of this small butterfly urn, are a beautiful reminder that though your loved one has passed, their memory is alive and well. This butterfly cremation urn will give your loved one a peaceful and meaningful final resting place.

Optional Engraved Plaque

At Perfect Memorials, we offer personalized engravings to put onto each urn. We always recommend personalizing the urns in order to properly identify the remains in the urn and also to give it a meaningful touch. You are allowed up to 4 lines, and each line allows up to 65 characters. Once the text is decided on, it will be engraved onto a plaque, which will then be put onto the front of the base. Other options we offer are adding a picture or artwork, and engraving a poem onto the back of the urn.

A lot of people buy the original cremation urns that’s look like thick vases—you see them a lot in comedies, right before they break—but this one I found to be among the prettiest. There are a whole lot of other urns out there for the ashes of your loved ones that may portray them better, but for now, here’s some more butterfly urns.

  • One World Memorials – I admire this urn for the stained glass butterfly that sits upon a mound of dirt engraved as a rose, which holds the ashes of a loved one. This is also a light that can be turned on, which also makes it more of a product to keep close by.
  • Loved Ones Urns – Not much is said about this urn, but it’s fairly simplistic while keeping to the soft colors of a butternfly.
  • Etsy – This stunning piece can be hung on a wall to brighten up the indoors, as sunflowers tend to do. The creator can place a personalized engraving on the back.
