Funko POP Mushu – Worthy of Being a Mulan Sidekick

Funko POP Mushu – Worthy of Being a Mulan Sidekick

This Funko POP Mushu is a cute back-talking dragon holding a lucky cricket, ready to be there for you so you can start your day off right. That is, in the animated film Mulan he’s a back-talker, but this one doesn’t actually do that.

He also doesn’t bring dishonor by messing up your day with a non-lucky cricket.

All-in-all, he’s the perfect replica.

The disgraced dragon is looking to regain his honor by assisting you and your Disney Mulan collection as a 10-inch tall Pop! Vinyl.

Is the Funko POP Mushu worthy of me?

Kind of sad how they called him out on being a disgraced dragon in the small description they gave, but I guess they aren’t wrong. It just makes me feel bad because he looks so happy holding that little cricket.

Anyway, if you loved watching the animated Disney movie Mulan, then you might’ve had a soft-spot for this rambunctious little dragon. If you loved the newer live-action remake of Mulan, you’ll know that Mushu doesn’t appear in the film at all, and that’s kind of a huge bummer for all of the fans of him.

You can find out why they dismissed Mushu via this article on Inverse.

So if you’re a collectible and love the miniature Funko POP! collectibles, then you’ll no doubt want this Funko POP Mushu on your shelves.

And even if you’re not a collector of these figurines, I think it’s still good to have in honor of his absence in the newer film. Just have him sitting beside you during movie night. Missing out on his own action.

I’m sure that’s not deplorable, right?
