Those happy-go-lucky, bright and colorful gnomes are hanging out at the faerie garden, while you’ve reached into the Goth Gnome universe where dark things come in small sizes.
By dark things I mean their clothes. And possibly their intentions.
Some have freakin’ spikes on their hats, come on.
This little alternative gnome is handmade from polymer clay, his beard is shaded using acrylic paint and he has been lightly polished with high quality wax.
He is much smaller than your standard garden gnome so he is ideal for a plantpot or terrarium, but he can also stand freely as an ornament on a shelf or anywhere else you desire 🙂
He has a small hole in the bottom to fit a toothpick to enable him to stand securely in soil if that is where you choose to place him.
Is the Goth Gnome worthy of me?
If I were to buy one, I think I’d buy them in multiple batches. Have them scattered throughout a variety of flowerpots, or even a group gathering out in the garden.
Or chilling in places throughout the house.
The best part about them is that each seem to have their own personality, since no two are exactly alike. They’re pretty tiny though, so I don’t think you can make a rock band of goth gnomes, complete with instrumentals.
Yeah, it was on my mind.
Speaking of mind…keep in mind these are small products, so you’ll need to keep them out of reach of your critters if they have a stomach for food that shouldn’t be food.
Also, cats are assholes and will probably knock them over from wherever you place them, if in the house and in the way of their forward progression.
