Kids love leaving out their LEGOs for anyone in the house to step on in the middle of the night, but there’s no need to scream like this clown when you step on your kid’s LEGO running shoes. Instead, you can grumble and toss them out of the way, then show your kid that clown video and tell them next time they leave their shoes out, they’ll hear you scream like this.
You know, just as a warning.
Are the Kids LEGO Running Shoes worthy of me?
Pros
- Simple colorful design
- Durable material…just like a LEGO
- You won’t scream if you step on them
Cons
- Too small for adults that are children
I know it’s been said, but usually when I think of feet and LEGOs in the same context I get phantom pains in the soles of my feet and involuntarily recoil.
But this product is an exception.
These Adidas LEGO Running Shoes are a fun and colorful gift for that little builder in your life. And although it’s been some time since I played with any kind of LEGOs myself, I am forever grateful for the creativity and curiosity they helped instill in me.
Anyone who grew up with LEGOs will remember that as time went on the parts got more complicated and the focus shifted from original brands to brand deals (with the likes of Star Wars or Harry Potter).
While I loved my Tie Fighter and Luke Skywalker mini-figure, my strongest memories with LEGO are actually my oldest ones, building simple spaceships with the large and colorful LEGO Duplo blocks.
These shoes harken back to that golden age. Their simple red, yellow, blue, and green color scheme match the color scheme of the very first LEGOs I ever played with, and likely the first ones your child will play with.
If you’ve got your very own amateur architect at home, and you want to encourage that spirit of creativity and adventure in them, then these shoes might just be worthy of you.
