Teachers love apples, and kids stress teachers out, and stress makes people turn to a good smoke, and therefore…maybe they’d like a red apple lighter and tray?
Then again, maybe my spitball ideas are terrible.
This vintage piece is more along the lines of a collector, after all. Or someone who enjoys having apples around them. Imagine someone seeing you pull out an apple-shaped object and using it as a lighter.
I’d certainly be intrigued by the concept and the look of it.

This set has an enameled metal lighter that is apple shaped, the hinged top lifts to reveal the lighter…which is removable.
Matching enameled tray is decorated with an apple leaf.
Need another Red Apple Lighter fix?
While there’s another green apple version of this (without the tray), I wasn’t able to find more red apple lighter and tray combos, but…this is a vintage piece. And it’s really one of a kind, so finding more of the same would be a bummer.
