Take into consideration that there are furries out in the world, and they don’t just fall into the canine category. There are birds, dragons, reptiles, and even horses, so someone who dresses up as a zebra isn’t all that far-fetched. These shoes might match their personality!
Setting them aside, there are also collectors of a variety of animalistic products. Or even oddities. These Zevra Zebra Heels would find a decent home with them.
And then there are kids. I can see younger girls who might have a building curiosity of wearing high heels (given if their motherly figure wears them as well), but still enjoy playing some kind of dress-up games.
