12 Affiliate Programs for YouTubers Worthy of Their Screentime

0

As a YouTuber, there’s not many things I actually promote aside from the actual products I talk about, though there are many affiliate programs for YouTubers to promote, depending on what their channel is all about.

One thing I noticed when browsing the web for example of affiliate programs that YouTubers can promote is that a lot of websites are liars.

As far as their lists.

They’ll give you links that’ll help them out in getting them big-ass commissions, but the affiliate programs they said would be good for you just…have nothing to do with YouTube. They just want you to buy something so they can get in on some commissions from it.

Like ClickFunnels, for instance.

It’s for businesses and websites who want to use a “funnel” to get someone to buy a specific product of theirs.

How that’s YouTube-content related is beyond me, unless it’s something you review or actually use.

Complete garbage lists can be found out there, but I managed to gather some good affiliate programs worth a variety of different YouTube channels. Hopefully you’ll be interested in either trying some programs you haven’t, or promoting programs that could generate you some income on the side.

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Adobe

Affiliate Programs for Youtubers

Who should promote: Creative YouTubers, such as graphic designers
Commissions: Up to 85%
Cookie duration: 30 days

For a long, long time, I used to draw digitally with Photoshop 7. I dropped out of drawing, and years later I needed an art program in order to create images for, well, Worthy of Me.

They’re the simplistic of images with words and a logo, but an art program was needed nonetheless.

And so, I turned to Adobe, because it never let me down before.

Because Adobe offers subscription-based products, and graphic designers will no doubt use it consistently and constantly, it makes it a very good affiliate program for YouTubers to promote if they do use it for any kind of graphic design business.

Amazon

Affiliate Program for YouTubers

Who should promote: YouTubers that review products
Commissions: Up to 10%
Cookie duration: 24 hours

You’ll notice on the site, I promote a lot of Amazon products, (along with many other sites). That’s because Amazon has such a huge plethora of products to promote, and it’s easier to get sales on Amazon than most other places, because people use it to shop more often, and they have Amazon Prime.

However, their cookie duration is only 24 hours, and while their commissions can be up to 10%, most of the categories are a lot lower.

Like, 1% type of lower.

If you talk about specific products on your YouTube video, you can offer up the Amazon link in the description.

Audible

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: Booktubers
Commissions: Up to $10
Cookie duration: 24 hours

Book reviewers on YouTube might find Audible a worthy program to promote. It’s a subscription-based service, so your commissions will be on-going as long as they stick with it. You might need to sell it a bit more, as most people prefer books to audiobooks.

Voices can be hit or miss, after all.

Fiverr

Affiliate Programs for Youtubers

Who should promote: YouTube creators or product reviewers
Commissions: Up to $150
Cookie duration: 12 months

You can buy almost anything on Fiverr, and a lot of it is actually very well-priced for the end result. Though you do need to watch out for the higher points, as they might not always suit your needs.

There are a lot of YouTube channels that actually buy from certain Fiverr vendors and show the variety of what they purchased.

Some of these channels include:

So, if you’ve got a gig on Fiverr yourself and show off what you do, that’s just another reason for you to promote through the affiliate program. Due to so many people using the site and everything it has to offer, it’s one of the best affiliate programs for YouTubers to take advantage of.

Honey

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: YouTube product reviewers
Commissions: 500 gold per invitee

If you’re a fan of buying products online, then there’s no reason you shouldn’t promote the Honey affiliate program, and there’s definitely no reason for you to not have the extension yourself.

While not everything you buy online might have a discount, Honey does save you money for most of it.

If you’re confused about the 500 gold per invitee, you’re able to redeem a $10 gift card for a minimum of 1,000 gold. And if you bring in a lot of people to the program, that can add up to quite a bit more products you can buy and review on your YouTube channel.

Movavi

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: Anyone who uses video editing software
Commissions: Starts at 30% and increases through sales
Cookie duration: 120 days

I don’t personally use Movavi myself, (I use Wondershare Filmora9), but it’s a program that you might want to check out if you’re in need of an upgrade and don’t like the video editing software you already own.

Even if you use another video editing software and like it, you should check to see if they have their own affiliate program.

But the increased commissions with more sales is a very nice touch. Especially if people love your editing skills on YouTube.

Razer

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: Gaming YouTubers
Commissions: Up to 10%
Cookie duration: 30 days

Being an avid gamer, I’ve owned and still own a lot of Razer products. My favorite being a Razer Naga, with all of its keybind functionalities and the Razer Tartarus, an alternate version of a keyboard without the actual letter keys, I guess.

A keypad, really. With 19 main buttons, but also a few more.

That’s not to say I don’t also have a Razer keyboard too.

So if you’re a gamer with a lot of Razer products, or if you just like some of their products in general, there’s no reason not to promote them and their products.

Sellfy

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: YouTubers within all eCommerce niches
Commissions: 25%-40%
Cookie duration: 90 days

I’m not too well-versed in Sellfy, but it offers a clean layout if you’re looking to sell your products by promoting said products via social media or your YouTube channel.

Which makes it perfect if you’re in any kind of eCommerce niche that owns your own Shopify store, or want to try it out. Such as artists, or people who create tutorials, or people who sell digital downloads, PDFs, and audio files.

Shopify

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: YouTubers within all eCommerce niches
Commissions: Average of $58
Cookie duration: 30 days

Shopify is like Sellfy, but I think more people know about this selling platform than the former.

So if that’s you, then think about the same products you can sell. Have a Shopify seller account? Then there’s no reason not to promote it in your YouTube description, even if you’re not talking about a Shopify product in the video itself.

If people like your content, they’ll check out your links.

Streamlabs

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: Anyone who uses the recording software
Commissions: Up to $20

I use Streamlabs in order to both record video footage to later edit and upload to YouTube, as well as for when I livestream on Twitch. It’s an amazing software for either of the two, but it’s most certainly beneficial as far as streaming goes.

Whether you’re livestreaming to YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch. So if someone doesn’t have it, why not promote that you use it…if you do.

TubeBuddy

Who should promote: Anyone on YouTube
Commissions: Up to 50% (Recurring)
Cookie duration: Doesn’t expire

The most amazing thing about the TubeBuddy affiliate program is once someone clicks your specific link, it lasts forever on them. And honestly, there’s no reason they shouldn’t at least try the program for free. (I’m on the free program myself.)

It offers all kinds of help in keeping your videos up to date on SEO so more views can be had.

Again, what everyone wants.

The higher the program subscription they buy, the higher the commission you’re earning.

Twitch

Affiliate Programs for YouTubers

Who should promote: YouTubers who also stream on Twitch
Commissions: 5%
Cookie duration: 30 days

If you’re interested in streaming, then Twitch is a big time platform. Once you hit affiliate status, you can start earning additional revenue–however, if you’re small or just starting out, expect it to take a long time, especially if you don’t do it consistently, or you change things up a little too often, or you don’t promote enough.

Basically, I stream on Twitch sporadically and play games most people don’t know about.

Thus, I’m not as well known on the platform, and remain a long way from affiliate.

But it’s certainly something to work for if you’ve got a drive for what you do and in building a community through your YouTube channel.

In conclusion…

I’m sure there are a lot more affiliate programs for YouTubers to look into, depending on their specific videos and what their channel revolves around, as well as what products exactly they’re using. Such as with digital art and animation programs, or courses you take or are giving and what platform you’re using.

But this is the kind of surface level affiliate marketing that can give some people ideas if they aren’t already monetizing their channel.
