Pussy Puzzle is for those of you who don’t have a pussy of your own to play with–or maybe you want to play a casual puzzle game while a pussy lays on your lap. Either way, it’s probably not the game you were expecting from the title.

Is Pussy Puzzle worthy of me?
- Relaxing puzzle game full of cat imagery
- Different artistic styles
- You can unlock kitty wallpaper images
- Soundtrack is repetitive with every new puzzle
- You can accidentally move the background, which is annoying
You have to admit, the title was a bit clever, if a little unoriginal.
Despite that, it does attract attention, and thus may pull in more buyers than something with a less-than-clever title. Plus, a bunch of people enjoy unique puzzles, right?
Well, I do, at least.
You might just be one of those people that were pulled into looking at the page just because of the clickbait title. If that’s the case, then you’re probably a bit miffed that it’s not exactly what you were hoping it was going to be.
But for everyone who’s a cat lover, who also enjoys casual puzzle games, this would be right up your alley.
With hand drawn kitty images you have to piece together, and those cute puzzle shapes that have pawprints instead of smooth curves cut out of them are more than adorable, if you ask me. And that’s coming from someone who isn’t even much of a cat person (despite owning one).

Is the DLC worth it?
So, I got this game before there was even a DLC to go with it and there were only three sizes to choose from:
- 16
- 36
- 100
The only reason I even completed the first two puzzle piece sizes is because they were connected to achievements and I had to do all three of them on every single cat puzzle in order to get (nearly) all achievements I could.
I’ll admit, Pussy Puzzle became monotonous just because I had to go back over the puzzles two different times and…a puzzle loses its fun hey-I-did-it factor at that point.
But the DLC brings back the fun–especially if you haven’t even done the puzzles yet.
They’ve added three more sizes:
- 225
- 400
- 625
The last amount of puzzles pieces, combined with my own mellow music to listen to, is what working on puzzles is all about. The most amount of pieces I can get my hands on. Me in my own head space, zoning out to some kind of background sound that I may or may not tune into.
If you enjoy casually doing puzzles, love cats, and want the most out of this game…get the DLC, and maybe even turn on the puzzle piece rotations.
