Crying Pikachu Painted Model – Worthy of Them Pika-Pouts

Crying Pikachu Painted Model – Worthy of Them Pika-Pouts

Bring out the tissue box, but not for this crying Pikachu painted model, even though it is incredibly sad due to its depiction of an emotional scene in the first Pokemon movie.

Oh no.

Those tissues are for you, because this is where you realize this Pikachu’s tears aren’t going to reanimate the Ash and Pikachu that have been turned to stone beneath it. And that’s a crying shame.

Is the Crying Pikachu Painted Model worthy of me?

  • Amazing detail
  • Throwback to a depressing scene in Mewtwo Strikes Back
  • Pokeball kind of just sits off to the side
  • Limited stock

There’s an unbelievable amount of Pikachu content people have created ever since the electric Pokemon first appeared on screen, and I get it, he’s an adorable little mouse and center point of the show and Ash is just filler content. I guarantee if I made a list article, there’d be two hundred Pikachu products easily.

And I’m talking about unique products, too.

The thing is, most of the stuff is obnoxiously cute. And it’s practically all the same in that sense.

Which brings me to this crying Pikachu painted model.

I’ve said it before, but it really hits home regarding a certain part in Mewtwo Strikes Back–the most emotional part of the show that truly sticks with everyone that has seen the movie. That’s why I love this product.

It stands out from all the rest in that way because of the amazing detail and throwback.

How did we find this product?

I was doing a deep dive on different figurines on eBay and this one happened to pop up in the “recommended products” section.

And just so you know, my initial search started out for Beetlejuice figurines. How it ended up with Pikachu crying is up to you to decide.
