Gameboy Comforter – Worth Keeping a Gamer Warm at Night

Nothing screams you’re a gamer like gamer sheets, and if you’re an old-school gamer, then this Gameboy Comforter might make you reminisce on the old game of Tetris. That’s how we really blocked people back in the day–by playing this game.

I’m kidding. We didn’t block anyone back in the day, we just ignored them and locked the door.

  • Comforter with vivid, full color print on front, white on back
  • 100% polyester fabric, 3/4 inch (2cm) polyester filling, and double square quilted pattern
  • Available in multiple sizes from twin to king. Twin XL size fits most extra long college dorm room beds; check sizing guide for detailed measurements
  • Note: pillows and shams not included
  • Machine washable

Is the Gameboy Comforter worthy of me?

I would love to have a comforter that shows off the gamer in me. I’m pretty sure every comforter I’ve had has had either a subtle design or was just super bland as a single color. And not even a good color, either. More like a grey for the most part.

I think I’m more used to seeing gaudy ones in hotel rooms.

Despite my enthusiasm for getting one, it wouldn’t be this one here.

While I remember the days of the Game Boy (I think I played it only a little bit before the Game Boy Color came out), I really don’t have much of a recollection of the games that were on it, or if any one I was super enthused about and could still say the same today.

I mean, certainly not Tetris.

I’m used to Tetris having all the pretty blocks of color with their wonky shapes you have to fit together in a row and looking at it one a screen like this just isn’t as appealing anymore.

Not to mention, I never realized the game started out on that type of screen.

Again, I’m used to the newer ones, of course.

This comforter from Redbubble isn’t the only one you can find out there, and while the links below don’t take you to exact matches of this specific product, they still may be worth checking out. They stick to the Gameboy visual without slipping into any of the games.
