Overwhelmingly Positive Story Rich Games of 2021 Worth Playing

Well I’ll tell you first off that this listing of story rich games of 2021 doesn’t hold nearly as many games as all the amazing indie games, but let’s face it. There are a lot of indie developers out there, and many of them deserve that spotlight.

Plus, some of those games are probably going to be found on this list as well.

Since I’m a sucker for story rich games–and sometimes I go for easy mode on certain games just to focus on the story and not mechanics–I wanted to make this listing for those of you who don’t know a lot of the overwhelmingly positive story rich games of 2021. Obviously, I got all of them from Steam, since that’s how I picked them out–judging by the reviews–but not all of the games might be just for PC. They may be for other platforms you play on as well.

I’m happy that I’ve played several of these games, and I definitely agree that they should be on the list, but there are also those I never noticed before.

Maybe you’ll find something worth playing.
